Search and EOD Equipment

The EOD Tripod is designed for IEDD and CMD operations that require the semi-remote handling of suspect IEDs and UXO as such the EOD Tripod is fully Hook and Line compatible. In addition, the EOD Tripod can also be used for man riding when access to confined space is required during Hazardous Environment Search Operations (HESO). In the HESO role only suitable harnesses and winches should be used. At only 12.35kg in weight the EOD Tripod can be deployed by one person.

The EOD Tripod is constructed from aluminium, and is fully adjustable from 1.3 to 2.5m with telescopic legs secured using captivated pins. The system has 100mm adjustable swivel feet with anti-slip rubber pads and anti-splay webbing straps. The system is supplied with a single pulley and eye bolt as standard with options for up to 3 pulleys and 3 eyebolts.

The complete system is supplied in a hardwearing PVC transportation case.
